Green IT provides through a combination of scheduled onsite support visits, support service call  and remote support.Maximum call back response time of 2 hour and a maximum onsite response time of 8 hours where required.Green IT will provide recommendation for replacement of malfunction goods and accessories.Scheduled Server cleaning/bowering or whenever required.Scheduled overall performance report or whenever required.


Green IT may use the following methods to provide the above support where it is required outside of a scheduled onsite visit.

  • Discussion and advice will be provided via telephone or email.

  • Secure remote access to the network where access is made available by Internet or other available sources.

  • Onsite visit by an Expert.


Critical and High priority requests such as systems down or applications inoperable should be called directly by phone to the Green IT Solutions.

Support request should be preferably logged via Support portal on or phone to the Green IT helpdesk at 01-4278872, 4288456 indicating the Agreement reference and the nature of the support request.

The client is liable to provide access to the resources where required to the Green ITs' assigned expert in order to deliver the support action.Professionals attending the Site may require access to the following in able to undertake the required tasks.

  • Root access to Operating Systems and Applications.

  • Physical access to Servers Room

  • Operating System and Application's Licenses and Media.

  • Backup Systems, Archiving Medias and DR Site's devices

  • Manuals and Documentations.

Support requests are assigned to a Green IT expert who initiates resolution procedures through the most appropriate method.

Once the task is completed as per the customers' prerequisite  the call will be closed.

Where issues are not addressed in a satisfactory manner, the issue should be reported to the designated Green IT Account Manager for action. Upon discussion, alternate action will be taken where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Standard Business Hours” - Sunday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding public holidays as defined by the Government of Nepal (GoN). We provide 24*7*365 support services for server environment.
